During the period between 22^nd to 26^th of February Spanish expert Mr. José Gil de Bernabé and Croatian expert Ms. Jasminka Drazenovic made an assessment of inspection software in other Inspectorates,  preparing proposals on how to ensure communication with current BPMS, and compatibility of planning with IRAM and reporting as requested by EU environmental acquis.

In order to provide recommendations on the way to ensure proper exchange of information between the inspection module, the Macedonian PRTR software and other relevant databases within MoEPP, was organized a meeting with MoEPP IT experts in charge of development of the Environmental Information System, with database expert of TA Project for the implementation of the environmental legislation at the local level, with IT experts of the Supply Contract designing the BPMS for SEI on potential areas of development of the software as well as with inspectors from the Agency for Food and Veterinary.

In addition, other recommendations for upgrades in the system, including the development of good predefined templates for minutes, reports, plans, or the increase in storage and backup capacity were provided.

Proposals for contents for next missions related to the implementation of the BPMS and IRAM were discussed as well with the RTA & RTA Counterpart.
