In the period between 1^st to 5^th of February 2016 Spanish expert Mr. Manuel Salgado and Italian expert Mr. Romano Ruggeri held the second mission on additional inspector's supporting tools, to prepare the following documents:

• Final version of document with proposals on performance indicators to evaluate the work of inspectors and the State Environmental Inspectorate.
• Document discussing  what role that SEI can play in contributing to a proper fulfillment of EU reporting obligations linked to Seveso III, IED & EPRTR, as well as practical tips to be able to play that role.
• Document explaining the requirements for the inspection system related to Transfrontier Shipment of Waste (TFS), and possible steps to start taking.

In order to discuss on the status of transposition and implementation of the provisions on transfrontier shipment of waste meetings were held with MoEPP staff in charge of waste management and legislation.
