During the period between 18^th to 22^nd January 2016, Spanish expert Mr. Iñaki Bergareche and Dutch expert Mr. Marc du Maine, prepared a first draft of practical leaflet for industrial operators including explanations about rules and legislation applicable to installations, what to do in case of non compliance, how to prepare for an inspection and consequences of lack of collaboration with inspection authorities.

First draft of strategy for the dissemination of the leaflet and communication with operators and a first draft of template of publicly available environmental inspection report were also prepared.

Additionally a first draft of information for industrial operators that should be published in SEI’s website was prepared.

The proposal for structure and contents for the leaflet, and ideas to disseminate it and for a communication strategy between industrial operators and environmental inspection authorities were discussed during a meeting held with industrial operators.
