Following the conclusions and work started in mission 1.2.1, in the period 11th – 15th of May 2015, Polish expert Mr. Krzysztof Wojcik and Dutch expert Mr. Rob Kramers started to draft a manual and checklist covering all relevant general issues of inspection. In order to ensure manual compatibility with the electronic procedures that the inspectors will follow, a meeting with IT expert from Supply Contract designing the Business Process Management System (BPMS) for SEI was held. During the discussions a Dutch BPMS example was presented.
The steps in the inspection procedure and how they are proposed to be included in the manual, plus any further information that should be provided to prepare the manual and checklist were discussed with SEI inspectors.
Agenda for mission 1.2.3, detailed working plan, structure of the output to be prepared and next steps were discussed as well with the RTA & RTA Counterpart.
